Join us for a 2 hour bike pilgrimage from St. Mary's Church in Banff to the Shrine Church of Our Lady of the Rockies, Canmore by the Legacy Trail. This is part of our Jubilee 2025 celebrations.

About the Event
The one-way route is 27 km along the Legacy Trail with a drop in elevation, going from Banff to Canmore. The trip takes approximately 2 hours at a leisurely pace. We recommend small groups of six or so to support each other on the way. Rest stops as needed with a longest stop being at Seven Mile Hill, eleven kilometers from Banff. The rest includes snacks, extra water, first aid and bicycle maintenance, if needed.
The event starts in Banff, at St Mary's. We meet up about 1:30 pm, half an hour before the start. Fr Dan gives us a blessing and we are on our way!
We plan to arrive at about 4:30pm, where Fr Pilmaiken will greet us, and we will process the Lady into the church for the 5:00 pm mass. What a great way to celebrate our feast day, The Queenship of Mary.
